This isn’t just the foundation of my book; it’s the voice behind a movement for those who’ve earned their seat but still feel the weight.

About Anu

Welcome.

I didn’t follow the blueprint. I built my own and left the door open behind me.

But first, I had to build that door for myself.

Growing up in a middle-class household in the City of Pearls, my early years were spent unpacking the “why not” in a world where “yes” wasn’t always a given. Books, discipline, and education shaped my twenties, but ambition always ran deeper than grades or titles.

I earned an engineering degree, but learning never stopped there. I’ve always been more interested in growth than credentials. This made me come to America chasing the same dream many do: possibility, progress, and a shot at more. Working in companies like HP, Microsoft, and Deloitte, I grew from contributor to leader. With INRY, I went from employee to entrepreneur. But growth never came in straight lines or tidy chapters. It came from showing up, especially when it was hardest.

Challenges train you in ways success never can. My real preparation for becoming a founder happened in rooms where I led global teams, scaled business units, and pushed for women’s advancement long before it was trendy. I was trained to think analytically. I became strategic by doing the work, trusting my gut, and earning every insight.

I co-founded INRY, one of the fastest-growing Inc. 500 tech services firms in the U.S., and led it to a successful exit in 2024. Since then, I’ve bootstrapped L5.ai into a multi-million-dollar firm. At this point, building from scratch feels like second nature.

But none of it is effortless.

From a little girl in the heart of Hyderabad to a mother of two and founder of L5.ai, I’ve felt the pressure. The doubts. The trade-offs. The perceptions. The guilt. It’s all real.

The good part is, there’s now a way through it. I call it Sticking On. Not buried in dense advice or glossy mantras, but in small moments of “Oh, that’s a better way to look at this.”

The Stick On Framework™ wasn’t crafted in a lab. It was built in the trenches. Tested. Refined. And now, ready for you.

This isn’t about leaning harder, working longer, or trying to be nicer. It’s about sticking on, unapologetically, while staying 100 percent you.

This isn’t just the foundation of my book; it’s the voice behind a movement for those who’ve earned their seat but still feel the weight.

Stick On. The spotlight will catch up.

In that journey spanning 30 years, I raised kids and raised bars. I partnered with someone who was growing alongside me every step of the way. I’ve been a daughter, sister, and in-law, while also being a CEO and a leader.
