Success Isn’t a Miracle.
It’s a Pattern – If You Stick On.

Built, Not Born

I began my career leading business transformations at Deloitte, Microsoft, and HP before co-founding INRY and scaling it into one of the fastest-growing professional services firms in the U.S. After a successful exit in 2024, I launched L5.ai, continuing my focus on building high-impact ventures from the ground up.
Across 30 years, I’ve grown businesses, mentored leaders, and balanced ambition with real life—raising kids while raising bars. Now, as the author of Sticking On, I’m sharing honest, practical strategies for women navigating identity, ambition, and burnout.
This isn’t just another motivational book - it’s a toolkit for women who want to succeed on their own terms.
Sticking On: Stay, Rise, Win
A career guide for women who want real strategy, not recycled advice.
You’re ambitious. You’re capable. You’re all in. But let’s be honest—you’re over the generic pep talks and one-size-fits-all advice that doesn’t reflect your reality.
Sticking On is your no-fluff roadmap to rising in your career without burning out, selling out, or losing yourself in the process.
The Outcomes
- Navigate power dynamics with confidence
- Overcome self-doubt and imposter syndrome
- Reframe motherhood as strength
- Make strategic, unapologetic trade-offs
With the four pillars of the Stick On Framework™:
Competence · Feedback · Attitude · Commitment

The Impostor in the Mirror

Whether you’re leading a team or learning to own your voice, this is a reminder that self-doubt doesn’t mean you’re not ready—it means you care.

Success is a choice
I’ve had my share of setbacks. But each one was a signal to adjust, rethink, and keep moving. Because success? It’s about perseverance, not perfection.
